About Us: Kaizen Clinical Partners, Inc. (KCP) is a group of experienced, dedicated, and passionate physicians and clinics, delivering equitable, excellent, and efficient primary and preventive care. Our mission is to create a sustainable healthy society by improving well-being in our communities. We believe in treating our patients and staff with the highest ethical standards and care. In this role, you serve as the trusted partner to our Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. You are their "eyes and ears," anticipating clinical needs before they arise and ensuring that every provider can focus their full attention on the patient. By handling the critical details of rooming, clinical prep, and patient education, you empower our clinicians to deliver the highest standard of care, making you an indispensable part of our clinic’s success.

Key Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certification: Current CMA (AAMA) or RMA certification; current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in a fast-paced clinical setting preferred (but we value high-potential new graduates!).
