Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Canvasser role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Canvasser will go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Kaizen Builders AZ, share basic information about services, and generate interest in potential home improvement projects. Day-to-day tasks include speaking with residents, asking qualifying questions, collecting contact information, and scheduling follow-up appointments for the sales team. The Canvasser will represent the company professionally, answer basic questions, and provide brochures or other materials as needed. The role also includes attending periodic training sessions, reporting daily results, and giving feedback on messaging and territories.
