Role Description The Enterprise Solutions Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Newark, DE, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for collaborating with clients to assess current enterprise and ERP workflows, identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into practical solution designs within Oracle and related environments. The specialist will support end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration guidance, integration coordination, testing support, and user enablement. Day-to-day work includes partnering with strategy, architecture, and technical teams, documenting processes and decision flows, preparing client-ready materials, and helping establish governance and KPIs for AI-driven initiatives. The role also involves ongoing client engagement to monitor performance, address issues, and refine solutions for sustained business momentum.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, including workflow mapping and optimization.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills for planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and deadline management.
- Experience with Enterprise Software platforms and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably in Oracle-centric environments.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts and practices across enterprise applications, data sources, and AI solutions.
- Relevant experience in AI-enabled or digital transformation projects within finance, supply chain, or operations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Newark, DE, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments is a plus.
