Position: Property Manager
Job Overview
Kaiser Vacation Rentals is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team to help us streamline our daily operations and ensure Kaiser Vacation Rentals operates efficiently. Our property manager is comfortable communicating with people across teams and departments, is able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and knows how to effectively estimate and manage time spent on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities for Property Manager
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services, to ensure properties are in top condition.
- Review, process, and analyze invoices, owner statements, and internal reports for accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance checks before each guest arrival to uphold our high hospitality standards.
- Support owner and guest relations, including reviewing and confirming reservations.
- Assist with the onboarding of new properties, including conducting kitchen inventory and initial evaluations.
- Maintain property care standards, ensuring homes are fully stocked and guest-ready according to Kaiser Vacation Rentals' guidelines.
- Assist and aid with housekeeping and maintenance coordinating and training, including lifting laundry bags as needed
Qualifications for Property Manager
- Proven experience in business operations, property management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms.
- Ability to operate general office equipment and navigate property management software.
- Physical capability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 50-75 lbs as needed.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and be part of an on-call rotation.
- Reliable transportation and a mobile device for work-related tasks.
Prioritized Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will be given priority:
- 2 years in the vacation rental industry.
- Experience managing Kaba electronic locks.
- Background in luxury vacation rental home management.
- Experience coordinating with specialized vendors.
- Wide range of systems knowledge, including telecommunications, pools, general plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, and smart TV cable applications.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $39,000 - $42,000 per year, based on experience.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
