The Assistant Community Director will oversee daily operations, assist in managing leasing activities, handle resident relations, and contribute to the successful implementation of property management strategies. Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address the needs and concerns of residents effectively.
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management to track and allocate resources efficiently.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with residents, team members, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Property Management, including leasing processes and operational protocols.
- Skills in Resident Retention to foster positive community relationships and improve overall satisfaction.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
