Position: Servicenow Developer (Discovery, SPM).
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Day one onsite.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations.
Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization.
Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection.
Leverage cloud concepts (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc.) for discovery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications (mandatory).
