Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application support for Azure-based
applications - Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Ensure system availability and performance
- Maintain documentation for support activities
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure
DevOps - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in application/production
support - Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
