Your Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Greet every visitor with a warm, professional demeanor and manage the "Treatment Agreement" process.
- Office Coordination: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar, handle patient check-ins/check-outs, and direct multi-line phone calls.
- Administrative Excellence: Support the dental team by maintaining accurate electronic records, verifying insurance, and ensuring a clean, welcoming front desk area.
