We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This person will be the operational backbone of our People function—owning coordination, offers, immigration processes, and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
- Manage offer processes end-to-end, including drafting, approvals, and communication with candidates
- Support immigration processes in partnership with external counsel and internal stakeholders
- Own and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
- Maintain accurate records across HR systems and ensure data integrity
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track
- Assist with People operations processes, documentation, and compliance needs
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, providing timely and clear communication
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or People operations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with accuracy and speed
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience supporting immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, transfers, etc.)
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
