Position: Registered Nurse (Home Health)

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $50/hour

Experience: Home health experience; charting experience.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients following established care plans.
• Perform accurate and timely charting and documentation.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Coordinate care and communicate updates with clinical managers and healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and home health protocols.
• Travel to patient homes as assigned; mileage reimbursed.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong home health knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple visits per day.
• Clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow established protocols and maintain professionalism.
