Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility and function
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams on treatment plans
• Document patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Assist with discharge planning and recommend equipment or follow-up care
