This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Honolulu, HI. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to address physical impairments, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care. - Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques, including creating and implementing tailored treatment plans
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Patient Care, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and safety
- Experience in managing Home Care services and delivering therapy in various settings
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii
