Physical Therapist – Patient-Centered Care, 60-Minute Treatments

We are committed to delivering exceptional, one-on-one care through 60-minute treatment sessions, allowing you to fully evaluate, treat, and connect with each patient. Our model is designed to support clinical excellence—not rushed visits or high-volume quotas.
We are a Physical Therapist owned out-patient clinic, committed to providing quality 1:1 patient care, located in the Ala Moana Medical Building. We are looking for a contract Physical Therapist with room availability of 20-40 hours/week, to work with clients with Orthopedic and/or Pelvic Health conditions.
We are also offering clinical mentorship opportunities with Orthopedic and Pelvic Health populations. This includes training in cutting edge Softwave/Shockwave treatments, Biofeedback/SEMG and Real Time Ultrasound for pelvic floor and abdominal wall assessment and training.

Workplace description:

You’ll manage your patients start to finish, building meaningful relationships and guiding them through every phase of their recovery—no handoffs, no fragmented care.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current State of Hawaii PT license
- Outpatient and/or pelvic health experience preferred
- CPR certification
Job description:
- Contract position with potential hours based on room availability
Pay: (for contractor)
- $50/patient during the week and $55/patient for Saturday hours. Other pay structure bonuses available including higher pay for Work Comp, No Fault or Self-Referred clients.
- 12 month milestone Bonus of $2,000
- Possible Growth Opportunity for full time with benefits

Schedule:
- Flexible coverage, Saturday availability strongly preferred
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
