Position: Chief Nurse Executive

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $75,552 – $113,283/year

Experience: At least 2 years acute care nursing experience; 1 year experience in an educator or leadership capacity.

Education: Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field (or enrollment in a program) required; current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Chief Nurse Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing operations and clinical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, patient safety requirements, and organizational policies.
• Develop and implement nursing practice standards and performance improvement strategies.
• Lead staffing, training, and competency development for nursing personnel.
• Foster collaboration across departments to support high-quality patient care.
• Guide development of clinical policies, protocols, and educational programs.
• Evaluate nursing performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
