- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, patient safety requirements, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement nursing practice standards and performance improvement strategies.
- Lead staffing, training, and competency development for nursing personnel.
- Foster collaboration across departments to support high-quality patient care.
- Guide development of clinical policies, protocols, and educational programs.
- Evaluate nursing performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong accuracy, dependability, and independent judgment.
- Ability to guide staff education and clinical development.
- Ability to manage patient mobility safely.
