Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' health, observe symptoms, and document changes
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Provide compassionate care and address residents’ needs promptly
• Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid Hawaii LPN License
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
