Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is looking for a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurses (RNs) you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all nursing care prescribed for and provided to residents
Note: We accept New Graduate Registered Nurses!
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
- Typical Shift: Sunday, Thursday, Friday; DAY (6:00AM - 2:30PM)
- Must have flexible availability to work day and evening shifts as needed.
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid state of Hawaii Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate with residents, families, and associates.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to solve problems under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including email, web browsers, standard office applications, and electronic health records systems to document resident care and clinical workflows per regulation.
- Must have flexibility to work all shifts including day, night, overnight, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.
- Proof of valid CPR and First Aid AED certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare, long-tern, assisted living, or related setting.
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience.
