What You’ll Do
As part of our growing Quality team, you’ll make a direct impact on the parts and processes that keep our customers flying. You’ll:
- Build and implement end-to-end quality processes for highly engineered aerospace components.
- Use cutting-edge tools like OpenDMIS, SolidWorks, Inspection Manager, and more to balloon drawings, write CMM programs, and design custom inspection fixtures.
- Prepare accurate, professional First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) that reflect the precision of our work.
- Audit manufacturing processes, evaluate fixtures, and analyze finished parts to ensure they meet internal and customer expectations.
- Dive into root-cause analysis, solve problems, and drive corrective and preventive actions that improve quality across the shop.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Machining, and Inspection teams to optimize inspection strategies and improve efficiency.
- Lead special projects, support team members, and share your expertise as we continue to scale.
- Evaluate and re-certify stock materials when needed — keeping production flowing smoothly.

Requirements
What You Bring
- ASQ certification is a bonus.
- At least 8 years of experience in aerospace/defense machining and inspection.
- Strong knowledge of quality methods, machining processes, and assembly/deburring basics.
- A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving results.
