CNC Mill Operator - Nightshift

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision/aerospace parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows instructions well, and is committed to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per prints and work instructions
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Perform basic machine setups
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine operation and report any issues or malfunctions
• Deburr and clean finished parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• CNC experience preferred; training will be provided
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret simple prints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
