Kadon Precision Machining is seeking a dependable and motivated CNC Lathe Operator to join our night shift team. This position is responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and a safe work environment. Experience with CNC lathes is preferred.

This position is responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and a safe work environment. Essential Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes according to established work instructions and production schedules.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and identify quality or tooling issues.
- Change inserts and tooling as needed to maintain production.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Keep work area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards.
- Work closely with setup machinists, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
