Manager Facilities

**Description** The Manager Facilities Services has oversight for Plant Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Grounds functions at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Reporting to the Director Facilities, the Manager Facilities will lead supervisors and shift leads as well as senior-level individual contributors in Plant Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Grounds. This leadership position will ensure the effective operational support for patient care facilities that includes inpatient, outpatient and ancillary services provided through both ministries. Or equivalent educ/experience 6 years Engineering/maintenance experience in a medical setting. 3 years Leadership or supervisory experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's Degree From an accredited educational institution. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
