The Occupational Therapist is expected to follow facility core values in administering department services and helping to fulfill all therapy-related resident care needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews and assesses patient needs and treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning.
Evaluates patients' for increased independence.
Implements activities that help patients regain lost skills, manage chronic conditions, or adapt to developmental delays.
Instructs patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and the use of adaptive equipment.
