Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings
- Assist with transportation of new admissions as needed
- Maintain accurate transportation logs, including mileage and trip records
- Coordinate weekly transportation schedules with nursing staff
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record
