Occupational Therapist (OT)

Kadima Health and Nursing at Luzerne is looking to hire a Occupational Therapist to join our team!

The Occupational Therapist is expected to follow facility core values in administering department services and helping to fulfill all therapy-related resident care needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews and assesses patient needs and treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning.
• Evaluates patients' for increased independence.
• Implements activities that help patients regain lost skills, manage chronic conditions, or adapt to developmental delays.
• Instructs patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and the use of adaptive equipment.
