Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a monthly marketing plan to meet weekly and monthly admissions goals
- Conduct effective sales calls with targeted referral sources to promote our facilities and services
- Review patient medical information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely completion of admission paperwork
- Coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission, communicating with families and staff to ensure a smooth admission process
- Provide tours of our facilities and promote conversion to admission
- Manage the admission process, prioritizing daily responsibilities and multi-tasking with ease
- Collaborate with discharge planners, families, and responsible parties to initiate tour and follow-up procedures
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, and sales, with a proven track record of success
- Outside sales experience in healthcare, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
