Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our per diem team, you will provide direct care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring resident health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including restorative care and support
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• 1 year of experience in long-term care or related field
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with varying weights and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
