Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily and monthly activity programs
- Complete activity MDS assessments and participate in care planning
- Supervise activities staff and coordinate special events
- Maintain compliance and accurate documentation
- Certified Activity Director (NCCAP or state-approved)
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Knowledge of MDS and care plans required
- Energetic, organized, and compassionate leader
