Job Responsibilities:
- Plans and monitors unit activities, content of programs and independent activities
- Implements individual and group activities; supervise residents’ use of all equipment and materials and takes necessary precautions in implementing the program.
- Oversee documentation of resident participation assessment, MDS, care plan and progress on the appropriate forms
- Works with activities staff to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies and volunteer groups.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
