- Plan and implement activities, events, and programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure that activities meet their needs and preferences

- Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, including attendance, resident feedback, and suggestions
