Robotic Welder Operator

Operate and control the robotic welding machine to weld frames and components that have been previously programmed. Load and make minor adjustments to existing programs as needed. Change out consumables as needed. Responsibilities Qualifications Ability to set up and operate robotic welding machine Ability to load and edit programs to welding robot Ability to mig weld, familiar with mig welding processes Read blueprint drawings and parts list to determine proper machine fabrication Safely utilize all tools and equipment Attention to accuracy and detail Communicate with supervisor regarding safety and quality issues Physical Requirements Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment.
