What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal position at Kable Landscaping, Inc.?
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Clear sidewalks with shovels and snow blowers
- Apply ice melt to sidewalks
- Apply salt to parking lots
- Operate truck and plow equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Available for call in during the winter 24/7, as mother nature makes our schedule
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to be to work within 1 hour of being called in
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for sometimes extended periods
- Ability to perform repeated bending, turning, and lifting (50#)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, if requested
COMPENSATION
- STARTING AT $18/HOUR
- $100 MINIMUM PAID FOR EACH CALL IN
- THIS POSITION COULD TRANSITION INTO FULL-TIME SPRING/SUMMER/FALL WORK IF DESIRED
