We are seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee the operations of our food service area at a Speedy Express location in Pearland, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for supervising daily food preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, managing team performance, and delivering excellent customer service. The Food Service Manager will also focus on inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
- Experience in Food Service Operations, Food Service, and Food Preparation
- Knowledge of Food Safety protocols and compliance standards
- Strong Customer Service and leadership skills for team management
- Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and schedules effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience is a plus
