Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering top-tier service
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize food costs
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster continuous improvement in food service management
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage staff training & development effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Prior experience in casual dining or quick service environments preferred; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus
