Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) and financial domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend development, building scalable applications, and working in capital markets environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications
• Work on FX trading systems and financial applications
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability

Required Skills

• 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong experience with Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of Core Java, Multithreading, Collections
• Experience with REST APIs and web services
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Experience working in Financial Services / Capital Markets
• Strong experience in FX (Foreign Exchange) domain

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or messaging systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Experience with low-latency systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
