Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when applicable
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Assist customers with account management tasks such as data entry, updating contact details, or processing transactions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Document interactions thoroughly using Microsoft Office tools or other customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing concerns and offering appropriate solutions while maintaining professionalism
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client services is advantageous
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and call center operations is beneficial
