K‑9 Corral is looking for a reliable, skilled, and self‑motivated Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, functional, and in great condition. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fixing things, staying busy, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, well‑run property.
This is a part‑time position with potential for full time based on facility needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs around the property (doors, fencing, gates, fixtures, equipment, etc.)
- Maintain building and grounds, including minor landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep
- Complete small construction or improvement projects as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise (plumbing, patching, painting, basic electrical, etc.)
- Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized and safe
- Communicate with management about repair needs, materials, and project timelines
- Assist with other facility tasks that support smooth daily operations

- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with general maintenance, repairs, or handyman work
- Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work
- Good communication and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Must be comfortable working around dogs
