Our client, a national supplier of interior & exterior building products, is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Rep to expand their Greensboro, NC territory.
Calling on: Lumber Yards and small Home Centers
Sales Reps Will:
- Works as an ambassador and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on the assigned territory.
- Conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers.
- Must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential and future sales.
- Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
- Excellent social skills allow fostering of strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Building product knowledge required.
- Hunter with a hunger for continued success.
- Ability and discipline to work in the field 4 1/2 days a week.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Clean driving record & background check AND reliable vehicle.
Compensation: Base salary, uncapped commissions, medical benefits, 401K, paid time off.
