Summary
We are seeking a Sheet Metal Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from pre-installation through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage both administrative and field-facing responsibilities while ensuring project readiness and successful delivery.
The Project Manager will be based onsite at a warehouse and office facility near LAX and will act as a key liaison between internal teams and field operations. This is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of 2–3 years.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Project Coordination & Execution
- Oversee project activities from planning through installation readiness
- Ensure all products and materials are properly prepared and ready for installation
- Coordinate timelines and workflows to meet project deadlines
• Contract & Administrative Management
- Manage and track project-related contracts and documentation
- Handle administrative responsibilities including project records, scheduling, and reporting
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
• Site & Field Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between the warehouse, office, and job sites
- Communicate with field teams to ensure alignment on schedules, materials, and project requirements
- Address and resolve issues that may impact installation or project timelines
• Operational Support
- Support day-to-day operations within the warehouse and project environment
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
Qualifications & Requirements
• Required
- Experience in project management within construction or related industries
- Background in civil, metal work, sheet metal, or architectural projects
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate between teams and job sites
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

- Must be local to Los Angeles, CA
- Ability to work onsite near LAX (warehouse office environment)
- Comfortable working in a combination of office and operational/warehouse settings
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
