K2 is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to provide full-time support on key HR projects for 3 to 4 months out of our Orlando (Maitland), FL clinic. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical HR experience while contributing to real operational improvements across the HR function.

Primary Responsibilities
- Audit employee files for accuracy and compliance
- Migrate and enter employee records into ADP
- Update employee photos in internal systems and directories
- Draft and format job descriptions for open and upcoming roles
- Support onboarding process improvements and documentation
- Assist with additional administrative HR projects as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS platforms is a plus
