At TNT Earth Moving, we operate a focused, efficient concrete crushing and recycling operation built on experienced people, well maintained equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and production. We are looking for an Operating Foreman to lead our crushing crew and take full ownership of daily crushing operations. This role is ideal for an experienced crusher operator ready to take full control of an operation.
This is the lead role within the crushing operation. The individual in this position oversees the operation and crew and is responsible for keeping production running safely, efficiently, and to specification. This role will actively operate an excavator loading the crusher while directing material flow and overall crushing activities. Mechanical ability is a plus but not a requirement.
Position Responsibilities
Lead concrete crushing operations
Operate and oversee excavators, loaders, and crushing equipment
Manage material flow through the crusher to maintain consistent production
Break oversized concrete and manage rebar removal
Coordinate setup, operation, and cleanup of crushing sites
Monitor product quality and crushing performance
Track daily production quantities and material processed
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Identify and communicate equipment or production issues
Work closely with operations management on scheduling and production planning
Position Requirements
Strong experience operating excavators and loaders
Experience working around crushing or screening equipment
Ability to run a job site and make day-to-day production decisions
Mechanical awareness and ability to identify equipment issues
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards
Willingness to travel as needed for crushing operations
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, communicate, and see
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and access equipment safely
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Compensation and Benefits
TNT Earth Moving offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $36 per hour, based on experience, along with a generous benefits package that includes:
