Role Description
The Client Enablement Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with onboarding and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal use of the K12 Plus platform. This includes conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and product functionality. This is an entry-level full-time, on-site role with growth potential based in San Angelo, TX.
