Floor Technician (Experienced Only)
BMI Janitorial Group is seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality floor finishes and has hands-on experience operating commercial floor care equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate commercial floor scrubbers and auto scrubbers.
- Operate high-speed burnishers to restore and maintain floor shine.
- Clean and maintain hard surface floors.
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Work independently while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
Experience operating commercial floor machines and burnishers is REQUIRED. This is a MUST-HAVE qualification.
Applicants must:
- Have proven experience using commercial floor scrubbers and burnishers.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check if required by the job site.
