Job Description:
K & W Enterprise is seeking dependable, hardworking Overnight Warehouse Janitorial Technicians to join our team in Austin, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards within a fast-paced warehouse environment during overnight operations.
This is a physically active position ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
- General cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming large warehouse spaces
- Operating floor cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, floor buffers, and sweepers (training provided if needed)
- Emptying trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
- Cleaning restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and office spaces
- Dusting warehouse shelving, ledges, equipment, and surfaces
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, and high-touch surfaces
- Restocking janitorial and restroom supplies
- Following company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Maintaining a professional attitude and dependable attendance
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, warehouse cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidates)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to pass background screening if required by client
- Must be dependable and punctual
Schedule:
- 4 overnight shifts per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Weekend availability may be required depending on operational needs
