CBS Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Janitorial Cleaner to maintain railroad yard facilities in Ranier &International Falls, Minnesota
Position Details
- Position: Janitorial Cleaner
- Location: Ranier, MN
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- Hours: Approximately 6.5 hours per day
- Employment: Full-Time
- Facilities: 3 railroad yard buildings
- Schedule Flexibility: Create your own daily schedule, while ensuring all assigned work is completed each day.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain three railroad yard buildings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned facilities
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Follow all railroad facility safety requirements
- Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled workday
- Report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
- Able to work 6 days per week
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday
