Job Title: Business Analyst (D365 F&O)

Location: Cary, NC - Hybrid

Job Description:

Summary:

This role focuses on business analysis and solution delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), specifically in the production and supply chain modules. The person will act as a functional consultant or business analyst, bridging the gap between clients business needs and the technical D365 implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to production, inventory, warehouse, and product management.
• Conduct workshops with clients to understand current processes and design future (to-be) processes.
• Perform process mapping and identify gaps between business requirements and D365 F&O capabilities.

• Configure core production modules such as:
  • Inventory Management & Warehouse Management
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routes
  • Production Lifecycle setup
  • Costing Sheets
  • Resources & Resource Groups
  • Master Planning
  • Production Subcontracting

• Supervise and support application design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Plan and execute data migration and integration with other systems.
• Conduct user training, go-live support, and post-go-live improvements.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and technical/development teams.
• Lead requirement sessions and present solutions or demos to clients.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are met.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and new consultants.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and business objectives.
