Role 1: User Study Proctor Team Lead / Manager Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6 month tenure working with A Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background,
Tasks performed:
- Manage & Develop the Proctor Team Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols
- Uphold Data Integrity Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met
- Plan & Execute Research Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
- Develop & Approve Protocols Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
- Collect & Analyze Data Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
- Communicate Findings Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
