We have an immediate opportunity for a The User Study Research Proctor is responsible for planning and executing both qualitative and quantitative studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products, with a strong emphasis on hands-on proctoring experience and at least six months working with Apple Black or Ultra product lines. This role involves developing and refining research protocols, supporting approval processes, and ensuring studies are conducted efficiently and ethically. A background in Human Factors is preferred, as it supports deeper understanding of user interaction, ergonomics, and usability considerations in wearable technology.
In execution, the proctor collects and analyzes data to identify meaningful patterns and insights, while maintaining rigorous data quality standards through close attention to detail and timely identification of inconsistencies. The role also requires clear communication of findings to stakeholders, delivering concise and actionable insights.
