The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end commercial loan processes and be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a BSA in commercial lending, with hands-on knowledge of Loan IQ and nCino.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system integration, process improvement, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for commercial lending projects.
- Lead system implementation and integration efforts involving Loan IQ and nCino platforms.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
