• Summary:**Responsible for supporting Union operations by maintaining
  
  

clean, safe, and welcoming spaces, assisting with event setups and

facility needs, and providing friendly customer service to students,

staff, faculty, and visitors.

• Supervisory Responsability:**No
• Work Schedule:**Not to exceed 30 hours/week when school is in session.
  
  

International students schedules not to exceed 20 hours/week when school

is in session.

• Pay Rate:**\$10.15/hour
• Supervised By:**Operations Team Lead

• Key Functions**:
• Set up, arrange, and take down tables, chairs, and other equipment
  
  

for events and daily Union\

operations.

• Clean and maintain event spaces, common areas, restrooms, and other
  
  

assigned areas.

• Monitor assigned areas throughout the shift and address cleanliness
  
  

or setup needs.

• Collect and dispose of trash and maintain clean, organized custodial
  
  

areas.

• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to established
  
  

procedures.

• Report maintenance, repair, safety, or facility concerns to the
  
  

appropriate staff.

• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors by providing
  
  

information, directions, and general\

customer service.

• Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate tasks with
  
  

other Union departments.

• Perform other operational, custodial, and customer service duties as
  
  

assigned.
