- Production Operation
- Operate precision punch‑press machines
- Follow established press‑safety procedures
- Complete required production documentation
- Change product reels and bins as needed
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Load and unload automation fixtures and component pallets
- Operate and interact with automated assembly equipment
- Maintain accurate production records
- Apply fundamental GDP (Good Documentation Practices) principles
- Follow established packaging protocols
- Pack components in layered cell packaging formats
- Replenish packing supplies from inventory
- Inspect components for visual quality attributes
- Maintain packaging‑related production records
- Complete all required KST training
- Follow all press and workplace safety procedures
- Complete production documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
