Fry Cook / Food Truck Crew Member
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 8:00 PM–12:30 AM OR 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Fry Cook / Food Truck Crew Member to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing food, operating the fryer, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and helping ensure fast, consistent service.
Compensation & Bonuses
- $20/hour
- Quarterly performance bonuses may be awarded based on individual performance, reliability, work ethic, attendance, teamwork, food quality, cleanliness, and overall contribution to the team.
- Bonus amounts are based on performance and are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and be ready to work at the scheduled start time
- Complete food preparation and setup before service begins
- Operate and monitor commercial fryers safely
- Prepare fried foods according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain proper food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
- Keep the cooking and service areas clean and organized
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Assist other team members when needed
- Help with closing, cleaning, and breakdown at the end of the shift
Important Schedule Information
The shift starts two hours before service to allow time for preparation and setup.
Available shifts are:
Evening: 8:00 PM–12:30 AM
Morning: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Employees must be comfortable working the full scheduled shift, including preparation time before customers are served.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment
- Previous restaurant, fryer, food-truck, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry food supplies when necessary
- Must follow food-safety and workplace procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are required
